Glorious Bates’s desire to equip the leaders of tomorrow with the skills required to foster a global society led her to start her career in education. After a decade of service in education in Kentucky and Alabama, she broadened her passion as a catalyst of positive social impact and joined the staff at Small Magic. Currently, Glorious serves as the Family Engagement Manager at Small Magic, a nonprofit organization that helps children under 5 build lifetime literacy. Glorious holds a B.A. from Birmingham-Southern, an M.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an Ed.S. from Bellarmine University.
