Kadijah Benson is deeply committed to fostering rich literacy environments in early childhood education. With a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Public Administration from Troy University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Kadijah, who also serves as Vice President for Alabama’s American Society for Public Administration, has a diverse background, having taught 5th and 6th grade before transitioning to Administration and Human Resources. Returning to education in July 2023 as an Early Learning Coach at Small Magic, she leverages her expertise to equip teachers with essential tools, laying successful educational foundations for future generations.
