Serra Craig has a steadfast commitment to excellence and a deep-rooted passion for nonprofit management and serves as the Operations Manager at Small Magic. After earning her B.A. from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Serra discovered her passion for nonprofit work through her service in the YWCA’s AmeriCorps program. She eventually went on to work at the YWCA–as the AmeriCorps Coordinator and eventually the Domestic Violence Services Program Manager. In 2020 Serra transitioned to Small Magic where she works her magic strategically orchestrating the behind-the-scenes- operations that drive our mission. Beyond her work here, Serra is active in the community as a member of the Junior League of Birmingham. In her free time, Serra enjoys spending time with her husband and diving into the world of early literacy adventures with her two young sons.
