Briana Woodley earned her associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Jefferson State Community College before going on to receive her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Alabama State University.
Briana spent eight years teaching in the early learning space. After leaving the classroom, she transitioned into an Office Administrator role at a private elementary school, where she supported children, teachers, and families. During this time, she cultivated her skills and discovered her true passion: serving the children and families within her community.
Briana joined Small Magic as an Early Learning Coach in August 2025. She believes in empowering and reigniting the passion in teachers, reminding them of their importance, significance, and purpose in the lives of the children they serve.
